For best results, peels are recommended as a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. While you can absolutely start with a single peel, consistent treatments allow us to gradually build up your skin’s tolerance and target deeper concerns over time. Aftercare is key: you’ll need to avoid direct sun exposure for 48 hours and pause all active skincare (like retinol, exfoliants, etc.) for 7 days before and after your appointment, depending on your skin’s sensitivity.
